General Terms and Conditions

1. Seller and scope

Calffa is a brand of Megaprint Transfers Ltd (UIC (EIK) 148051297, VAT number BG148051297), registered office Gustav Vaigand 9, 9000 Varna, Bulgaria, office and production Bivsh Stopanski Dvor, 9140 Topoli, Bulgaria, e-mail info@calffa.com, phone +359 878 965 865 (“we”, “Calffa”). These terms apply to all quotes, orders and deliveries made through calffa.com or otherwise, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Customers’ own terms do not apply.

We sell to businesses only. By registering or ordering you confirm that you act for a business. Customers in the EU outside Bulgaria must provide a valid VAT number to buy without Bulgarian VAT.

2. Customer account

Keep your account details correct and your password confidential; you are responsible for orders placed through your account. Tell us promptly about changes to your company or invoice details.

3. Quote requests and contract

1. Sending a request through the website is a request for a quote, not yet a binding order. The automatic “we received your request” e-mail only confirms receipt.
2. We check stock, branding and delivery and send you a quote / order confirmation with the final price. The contract is formed when you accept it in writing or pay it.
3. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Stock levels shown on the website come from our suppliers in real time and are not guaranteed until we confirm your order.

4. Prices and VAT

• Prices are in euro (EUR) and exclude VAT, unless shown otherwise. Shipping and branding are shown separately in the quote.
• Bulgarian customers pay Bulgarian VAT. EU business customers with a VAT number verified in the EU VIES system are invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge rule. For deliveries outside the EU no VAT is charged; import duties and taxes are paid by the customer.
• Prices on the website may change until we confirm your order. Obvious errors in prices or product information are not binding.

5. Branding and artwork

• You confirm that you hold all rights to the logos, texts and designs you send us and that their use does not infringe the rights of others. You indemnify us against claims of third parties in this respect.
• We may refuse artwork that is unlawful, offensive or technically unsuitable.
• Production starts only after you approve the proof or mock-up. The approved proof is binding; errors in it that you approved (e.g. spelling) are your responsibility.
• Usual industry tolerances apply to colour matching (including Pantone colours), placement and size of the design and to quantities in production.

6. Payment

• Payment is by bank transfer in advance — before production or dispatch — unless we agree other terms in writing. Bank charges are paid by the customer.
• In case of late payment we may suspend deliveries and charge statutory default interest under Bulgarian law.
• Goods remain our property until they have been paid in full.

7. Delivery

• We ship with Speedy within Bulgaria and with DPD to other countries, at the shipping cost stated in the quote.
• Delivery and production times are estimates. Delays do not entitle you to compensation, but if a confirmed date is exceeded by more than 30 days you may cancel the undelivered part of the order.
• The risk passes to you when the goods are handed to the courier.

8. Changes and cancellation

After confirmation, an order can only be changed or cancelled with our agreement. Costs already incurred — such as goods bought for your order, set-up and work already done — are charged. Branded orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

9. Complaints

Deliveries must be checked within 48 hours. Complaints and returns are handled according to our Return Policy (footer, “GDPR – Information”).

10. Liability

• Our liability for any claim is limited to the invoiced value of the goods or services concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost orders or production downtime.
• These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
• Product images and colours on the website are for illustration; small differences from the actual products are possible. Brand and product names belong to their owners.

11. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, war, epidemics, strikes, government measures, disruptions at suppliers or carriers). Both parties will inform each other promptly and work to limit the consequences.

12. Personal data

We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy (footer, “GDPR – Information”).

13. Applicable law and disputes

These terms and all contracts with us are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. The parties will first try to settle disputes by negotiation; otherwise the competent courts in Varna, Bulgaria, have jurisdiction.

14. Final provisions

We may change these terms; the version valid on the date of your order applies. If a provision is invalid, the rest remains in force. These terms may be published in several languages; in case of differences the English version prevails.
